That usually includes:
clear, detailed services
regular updates and activity
strong, relevant reviews
recent photos of real work
consistent information
It gives people confidence straight away.

In a local market like Townsville, people often choose fast. They’re not digging deep - they’re comparing what’s in front of them.
So if one business looks:
more active
more complete
more reliable
that’s the one they contact.
Where most listings fall short
It’s usually not one big issue.
It’s a combination of small things:

weak presentation
And together, that’s what costs enquiries.
